Who will my coach be?

You choose one of the two cohort facilitators in your cohort as your personal leadership coach. These are certified professionals whose careers span Honeywell, Shell, Kenya Airways, the World Bank, and boards across Africa.

What happens in a cohort meeting?

A guest speaker opens with a relevant topic; members discuss. Then half the meeting goes to peer problem-solving: you bring the problem, your peers bring solutions. Every problem you face has been solved by another member before.

Is everything confidential?

Absolutely. Cohorts run under strict confidentiality, and your coaching relationship is private. What is said in the room stays in the room.
