This policy explains what personal data BCA Leadership collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

BCA Leadership, care of FFG (Mauritius) Ltd, Grand Baie, Mauritius, is the controller of the personal data described here. We decide why and how your data is used. You can reach us at admin@bcaleadership.com.
We collect only what we need to run the membership network and provide coaching.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performing the agreement you signed with us, our legitimate interest in running and improving the network, your consent for optional communications, and compliance with legal duties such as record-keeping.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the providers that help us operate, and only as needed:

The site uses only the cookies it needs to function and stay secure. We do not use advertising cookies. Some third-party features, such as embedded YouTube videos, may set their own cookies when you interact with them. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
BCA serves members across Africa and beyond, and our providers operate in different countries. This means your data may be processed outside your own country, including in regions with different data protection laws. Where we transfer data internationally, we take steps to protect it consistent with applicable law.
We keep your membership and agreement records for as long as you are a member, and afterward for the period we need to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When we no longer need your data, we delete or anonymize it.
Your data is stored in a secured database with access controls, so that only authorized systems and people can reach it. Payment details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on our own servers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond quickly if a problem arises.

Our services are for professionals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, please contact us and we will remove it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. We encourage you to review it periodically.
